I.) Call to Order

The meeting will be called to order by Greg Poe.

• Roll call will be conducted by Monica Gromek.

II.) Minutes from previous meeting

• The minutes from the May 2026 meeting will be reviewed and approved.

III.) Treasurer’s Report

Ed Curtis will present the Treasurer's Report, including:

• Reports.
• Statements.
• Invoices.

IV.) Facilities

Linda Palchick will provide an update on facility usage, including:

• Field usage.
• Pavilion usage.

V.) Maintenance

• Jason Abate and Ed Curtis will discuss any current maintenance activities.

VI.) Old business

• Chris Domonkos will provide any updates on or website.
• Update from the Pickleball Committee.
• Update from Natalie George regarding volleyball court.

VII.) New business

• Information about any contact with WGHS computer class regarding help in
  making WEB site ADA compliant.
• Ideas for the planned “Russell Day” at the Commons

VIII.) Set date for next meeting

• The next meeting is scheduled for July 14, 2026, at 7:00 PM, West Geauga Commons, Jasko Pavillion.
