I.) Call to Order

The meeting will be called to order by Greg Poe

• Roll call will be conducted by Monica Gromek

II.) Minutes from previous meeting

• The minutes from the March 2026 meeting will be reviewed and approved.

III.) Treasurer’s Report

Ed Curtis will present the Treasurer's Report, including:

• Reports
• Statements
• Invoices

IV.) Facilities

Linda Palchick will provide an update on facility usage, including:

• Field usage
• Pavilion usage

V.) Maintenance

• Jason Abate and Ed Curtis will discuss any current maintenance activities.

VI.) Old business

• Chris Domonkos will provide any updates on or website.
• Update from the Pickleball Committee.

VII.) New business

• Update on Girl Scout “Gold Award”-Natalie George
• Slate of Officers

VIII.) Set date for next meeting

The next meeting is scheduled for May 19, 2026, at 7:00 PM, West Geauga Commons, Jasko Pavillion.
