I.) Call to Order

The meeting will be called to order by Greg Poe

II.) Minutes from previous meeting

• The minutes from the January 2026 meeting will be reviewed and approved.

III.) Treasurer’s Report

Ed Curtis will present the Treasurer's Report, including:

• Statements

IV.) Facilities

Linda Palchick will provide an update on facility usage, including:

• Field usage
• Pavilion usage

V.) Maintenance

Jason Abate and Ed Curtis will discuss any current maintenance activities.

VI.) Old business

Chris Domonkos will provide any updates on or website.

VII.) New business

Update from the Pickleball Committee.

VIII.) Set date for next meeting

The next meeting is scheduled for March 17, 2026, at 7:00 PM.
