How to Reserve the Commons Athletic Fields
(Soccer, Baseball & Volleyball)

1. Review the Commons Facility Rules. View the rules.

2. Complete Athletic Field Reservation Application form. View the application.

3. Print out and Submit Application to the Commons Athletic Field Scheduling Manager. Athletic organizations must submit complete schedule of events taking place on district facilities prior to the start of the season. All schedule revisions or changes must be submitted to the Commons Athletic Field Scheduling Manager.

4. Use of the athletic fields requires payment of a use fee. Contact Linda Palchick for the use fee schedule.

5. Use of the athletic fields requires proof of liability insurance. Contact Linda Palchick for the list of acceptable insurance documentation.

How to Reserve the Commons Park Pavilion

1. Review the Commons Facility Rules. View the rules.

2. Complete the Commons Pavilion Reservation Application form. View the application.

3. Printout and Submit Application to the Commons Pavilion Scheduling Manager.

4. Enclose the $50.00 security deposit/use fee with the initial application. Permits are not valid until fee is received.
